Als (Junior) Business Applications Developer (m/w/d) arbeitest Du nah am Business, setzt Anforderungen in smarte Anwendungen um und gestaltest aktiv unsere internen Systeme rund um Microsoft Dynamics und Power Platform mit. Dabei arbeitest Du im Herzen eines internationalen IT-Unternehmens mit HQ in Augsburg, das in technischen Branchen zuhause ist.

Your Tasks:

  • Du konzipierst und entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Softwarelösungen mit Fokus auf Microsoft Dynamics (Sales, Business Central) sowie Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate)
  • Du entwickelst und erweiterst Anwendungen mit C#, HTML und JavaScript
  • Du arbeitest eng mit internen Fachbereichen zusammen, nimmst Anforderungen auf und setzt sie in praxistaugliche Lösungen um
  • Du analysierst bestehende Prozesse und erkennst, wo smarte digitale Lösungen den Unterschied machen

Your Profile:

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Angewandter Informatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang – oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit technischem Schwerpunkt, wie zum Beispiel Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) Anwendungsentwicklung
  • Du bringst erste praktische Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit – idealerweise mit ersten Berührungspunkten zu Microsoft Business Applications (z. B. Dynamics 365, Power Platform) aus einem Werkstudentenjob, Praktikum oder Deinem ersten Vollzeit-Job
  • Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in C#, HTML und JavaScript sowie Erfahrung mit relationalen Datenbanken (SQL)
  • Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für betriebliche Geschäftsprozesse und kannst Dich schnell in neue Abläufe und Strukturen eindenken
  • Du besitzt verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Du denkst analytisch, kommunizierst klar und verlierst auch in komplexen Projekten nie den Überblick
