Your Tasks:

  • Du entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Lösungen rund um unser ERP-System Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central – von der Anforderungsanalyse bis zur fertigen Implementierung
  • Du programmierst mit modernen Technologien wie C#, HTML, JavaScript sowie AL und hast Lust Dein technisches Know-how stetig weiter auszubauen
  • Du arbeitest eng mit internen Teams aus Finance, Operations und IT zusammen und setzt deren Anforderungen in technische Lösungen um, die echten Mehrwert bringen
  • Du analysierst bestehende Geschäftsprozesse und erkennst, wo smarte digitale Lösungen den Unterschied machen

Your Profile:

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Angewandter Informatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang – oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit technischem Schwerpunkt, wie zum Beispiel Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) Anwendungsentwicklung
  • Du bringst praktische Entwicklungserfahrung mit einem ERP-System mit (z. B. Dynamics BC/NAV, SAP, o. ä.) – nicht als Anwender oder Berater, sondern auf der technischen Umsetzungsseite; da wir mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central arbeiten, sind Kenntnisse darin ein großes Plus
  • Du bringst praktische Programmiererfahrung in Sprachen wie C# oder JavaScript mit – fehlende Kenntnisse kannst Du bei uns gezielt ausbauen
  • Du besitzt ein gutes Verständnis für betriebliche Geschäftsprozesse und kannst Dich schnell in neue Abläufe und Strukturen eindenken
  • Du arbeitest gerne mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zusammen und kannst deren Anforderungen aufnehmen und in technische Lösungen übersetzen
  • Du besitzt verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Du denkst analytisch, kommunizierst klar und verlierst auch in komplexen Projekten nie den Überblick
