Als (Junior) Business Applications Developer (m/w/d) arbeitest Du nah am Business, setzt Anforderungen in smarte Anwendungen um und gestaltest aktiv unsere internen Systeme rund um Microsoft Dynamics und Power Platforms mit. Dabei arbeitest Du im Herzen eines internationalen IT-Unternehmens mit HQ in Augsburg, das in technischen Branchen zuhause ist.

Your Tasks:

  • Analyse, Modellierung und kontinuierliche Optimierung interner Geschäftsprozesse bei CADENAS
  • Konzeption und Umsetzung maßgeschneiderter Softwarelösungen mit Fokus auf Microsoft Dynamics (Sales, Business Central) sowie Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate)
  • Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von Anwendungen mit C#, HTML und JavaScript
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen zur Aufnahme von Anforderungen und Umsetzung praxistauglicher Lösungen

Your Profile:

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung aus einem Werkstudent:innenjob, Praktikum oder erste Berufserfahrung in der Software‑ oder App‑Entwicklung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in C#, HTML und JavaScript sowie Erfahrung mit relationalen Datenbanken
  • Ein gutes Verständnis dafür, wie Anwendungen entwickelt, integriert und produktiv eingesetzt werden
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kommunikationsstärke und eine analytische und lösungsorientierte Denkweise
