Bei uns arbeitest Du nicht nur „am System“, sondern an der Zukunft von CADENAS – zusammen mit internationalen Kolleg:innen, die Technik genauso feiern wie Du. Als (Junior) Business Applications Specialist (m/w/d) bist Du die Brücke zwischen Entwicklung und Business. Du denkst Prozesse neu, findest clevere Lösungen und setzt sie direkt um.

Your Tasks:

  • Du analysierst und optimierst unsere internen Geschäftsprozesse
  • Du arbeitest eng mit internen Teams zusammen und setzt Anforderungen so um, dass sie echten Mehrwert bringen
  • Du entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Lösungen rund um unsere Microsoft Business Applications (mit Fokus auf unserem ERP-System Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
  • Du programmierst mit modernen Technologien wie C#, HTML, JavaScript sowie AL und hast Lust Dein technisches Know-how weiter auszubauen

Your Profile:

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
  • Du hast bereits praktische Erfahrungen in der Softwareentwicklung oder einem verwandten Bereich gesammelt – z. B. durch Werkstudierendentätigkeiten, Praktika oder eine Festanstellung
  • Du hast idealerweise schon erste Berührungspunkte mit einem ERP-System – da wir mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central arbeiten, sind Kenntnisse darin ein großes Plus!
  • Du besitzt ein gutes Verständnis für betriebliche Geschäftsprozesse und kannst Dich schnell in neue Abläufe und Strukturen eindenken
  • Du arbeitest gerne mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zusammen – ob IT, Finance oder Operations – und kannst deren Anforderungen aufnehmen und in technische Lösungen übersetzen
  • Du besitzt verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Du bist kommunikativ, analytisch und behältst immer das große Ganze im Blick
