In Deiner Rolle arbeitest Du eng mit Produktmanagement, Entwicklung und Deiner UI / UX Kollegin zusammen und unterstützt dabei, unsere Produkte, wie z. B. 3Dfindit kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln und nutzerfreundlicher zu machen.

Your Tasks:

  • Entwicklung von Benutzererfahrungen: Du gestaltest intuitive und ansprechende Benutzererlebnisse für unsere digitalen Produkte, von der ersten Idee bis zur finalen Implementierung
  • UI Design: Du entwirfst ansprechende Benutzeroberflächen, die nicht nur funktional, sondern auch ästhetisch ansprechend sind
  • Mockups & Prototyping: Erstelle Mockups und interaktive Prototypen, um Designideen zu visualisieren & zu testen
  • Nutzerforschung: Umfragen, Nutzertests & Feedbackschleifen liefern Dir die Basis dafür, dass Du mithilfe von Analyse-Tools, wie z.B. Clarity ein tiefes Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse & Wünsche unserer Nutzer:innen entwickeln kannst
  • Teamwork: Arbeite eng mit Deinen Kolleg:innen aus dem Produktmanagement, der Entwicklung und dem Design-Team zusammen, um die bestmöglichen Lösungen zu entwickeln und umzusetzen

Your Profile:

  • Ausbildung / Studium: Abgeschlossenes Studium in Interaktive Mediensysteme, Medieninformatik, Digitale Medien, Kommunikationsdesign oder vergleichbar
  • Erste Praxiserfahrung: Erste praktische Berührungspunkte mit UI / UX Design, z. B. durch Projekte, Werkstudententätigkeit, Praktika oder Abschlussarbeiten
  • Tools & Basics: Grundkenntnisse in gängigen Design‑Tools, wie Figma, sowie erste Kenntnisse in HTML & CSS
  • Sprache: Sehr gute Deutsch‑ sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift
  • Persönlichkeit: Du bist motiviert, lernbereit, bringst Eigeninitiative mit und hast Lust, Dich fachlich und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln
