Your Tasks:

Du unterstützt unser HR‑Team im Tagesgeschäft und bei Projekten – abwechslungsreich, praxisnah und mit viel Lernpotenzial:

  • Administrative und operative Unterstützung im HR‑Alltag
  • Mitarbeit im Recruiting: Ausschreibungen, Bewerberkommunikation, Terminabstimmungen
  • Pflege von HR‑Daten und Systemen
  • Unterstützung bei internationalen HR‑Themen und Abstimmungen
  • Organisation von Events, Messen, Karriereterminen und internen Aktionen
  • Mitarbeit an HR‑Projekten und Optimierung von Prozessen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit HR, Fachbereichen und internationalen Kolleg:innen

Your Profile:

  • Erste Erfahrung im HR‑, Unternehmens‑ oder Office‑Umfeld, wie durch ein Praktikum oder einen Werkstudentenjob
  • Interesse an HR‑Themen, insbesondere Recruiting und People‑Arbeit
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstorganisiert und denkst mit
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit – schriftlich wie mündlich
  • Motivation, Drive und Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Offenheit, Positivität, Verbindlichkeit und Lernbereitschaft runden Dein Profil ab
