Tasks:

  • Weiterentwicklung & Qualitätsoptimierung der technischen Dokumentation aller CADENAS‑Softwareprodukte – mit Fokus auf Klarheit, Struktur und Anwendernutzen
  • Konzeption & Erstellung Use‑Case‑basierter Inhalte: von präzisem Micro‑Content über kontextsensitive Hilfetexte bis hin zu verständlichen, ganzheitlichen Guides
  • Aufbau und kontinuierliche Pflege einer kontextsensitiven Online‑Hilfe in enger Abstimmung mit UI/UX, Entwicklung und Produktmanagement
  • Entwicklung moderner Lernformate wie Feature‑Videos, interaktive Tutorials und E‑Learning‑Module
  • Zukunftsorientierte Dokumentation durch KI‑gestützte Workflows – von automatisierter Inhaltserstellung bis zur intelligenten Strukturierung
  • Evaluation & Einführung KI‑basierter Tools zur automatischen Generierung von Dokumentation aus Incidents, Support‑Tickets, Präsentationen, technischen Spezifikationen oder Release Notes
  • Entwicklung eines internen „AI Documentation Workflows“ inkl. Qualitätssicherung & Nachbearbeitung KI‑generierter Inhalte
  • Cross‑funktionale Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement, Entwicklung, QA, Support und internen Usern

Requirements:

  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der technischen Dokumentation von Softwareprodukten, idealerweise mit Use‑Case‑ bzw. taskbasierter Methodik
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Zusammenhänge klar, strukturiert und nutzerorientiert aufzubereiten; Erfahrung mit CAD/CAE‑ oder Datenprozessen von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit modernen Autorensystemen - XML‑basiert oder Docs‑as‑Code / Markdown
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Einsatz von KI‑Tools für Dokumentation, wie z. B. automatisierte Content‑Generierung, Strukturierung, Qualitätssicherung
  • Erfahrung in Aufbau, Bewertung und Weiterentwicklung KI‑gestützter Dokumentations‑Workflows
  • Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse
  • Grundverständnis von Softwarearchitekturen & UX‑Logiken
  • Analytische, strukturierte Denkweise sowie Kommunikations‑ und Abstimmungsstärke; eigenverantwortliche und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
