Um in den kaufmännischen IT-Bereich einzusteigen hast du idealerweise ein Abitur oder einen Realabschluss. Im Zuge eines berufsvorbereitenden Praktikums lassen wir Dich gerne vorher hineinschnuppern. Um Dich an das Projektmanagement heranzuführen, schult Dich Dein Mentor Johannes zu internen Tools, unseren Produkten und unseren Organisationstechniken, um Dich für eine langfristige Zusammenarbeit vorzubereiten. Your Tasks:

  • Dein Mentor unterstützt und führt Dich in die Welt unserer internen Tools, wie zum Beispiel das MS CRM ein
  • Du lernst unsere Produkte, wie eCATALOGsolutions & PARTsolutions kennen und trainierst, wie man Projekte selbstständig leitet und erfolgreich zum Abschluss bringt
  • Aufbauend auf diese Schulungen wirst Du in das Projektmanagement eingeführt und arbeitest proaktiv mit Deinen Kunden und internen Fachabteilungen zusammen, um den erfolgreichen Abschluss sicherzustellen 
  • Außerdem leitest Du Workshops mit nationalen und internationalen Kunden und tauschst Dich eng mit allen Ansprechpartner:innen aus, um den digitalen Produktkatalog Deines Kunden fertigzustellen 

Your Profile:

  • Du hast bestenfalls die Hochschulreife abgeschlossen, oder einen guten Realabschluss 
  • Ein gutes technisches Verständnis und eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke zeichnen Dich aus, außerdem fühlst Du Dich mit den gängigen MS-Office Programmen sicher 
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, idealerweise auch Französisch
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer, arbeitest Proaktiv und ein Organisationstalent zeichnet Dich aus
