Für unser Business Applications Team an der CADENAS Zentrale in Augsburg suchen wir eine:n Kolleg:in, der/die unsere Microsoft-Landschaft mit KI weiterentwickelt. Dazu gehören Dynamics 365 Business Central und Sales, SharePoint und die Power Platform. Als Brücke zwischen Business und Technik erkennst Du, wo KI echten Mehrwert schafft, und setzt die Lösungen direkt um.

Your Tasks:

  • Du analysierst unsere Geschäftsprozesse und identifizierst, wo KI und Automatisierung den größten Nutzen bringen
  • Du entwickelst KI-Assistenten, Agenten und Workflows mit Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI und der Power Platform
  • Du verbindest unsere Systeme über Dataverse und APIs und schaffst so effiziente, nahtlose Prozesse
  • Du arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen zusammen und stellst sicher, dass Lösungen echten Mehrwert im Tagesgeschäft schaffen

Your Profile:

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
  • Du bringst praktische Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit, z. B. mit C#, AL, JavaScript oder Python
  • Du konntest bereits erste Erfahrungen mit KI sammeln, z.B. mit LLMs oder KI-APIs
  • Du kennst Dich idealerweise mit Power Platform, Dynamics 365 oder SharePoint aus
  • Du verstehst Geschäftsprozesse und kannst technische Themen verständlich erklären
  • Du sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch und Englisch
