Als Video & Content Designer (m/w/d) wirst Du Teil unseres Content Creation Teams in der CADENAS Zentrale in Augsburg. CADENAS ist ein international aktives IT-Unternehmen mit Schwerpunkt auf Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik und Architektur. In dieser Position gestaltest Du moderne, verständliche und visuell hochwertige Video- und Grafikformate, die unseren öffentlichen Auftritt prägen – von Social Media bis hin zu Produktvideos und Live-Events.

Your Tasks:

  • Selbstständige Planung, Bearbeitung und Umsetzung von Video- und Bildprojekten mit Adobe-Tools
  • Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Video-Content-Strategie für Websites, Webinare & Social Media
  • Produktion von Erklärvideos, Produktvideos sowie videobasierten Promotion-Inhalten
  • Unterstützung bei Live‑Streams und technischen Setups
  • Erstellung von visuellen Inhalten im CAD‑Umfeld in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsteam
  • Kreative und konstruktive Mitwirkung am visuellen Markenauftritt unter Einhaltung unserer Corporate Identity

Your Profile:

  • Ausbildung/Studium: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Mediengestaltung, Kommunikationsdesign oder ähnlichen Bereichen; auch motivierte Berufseinsteiger sind willkommen
  • Tools & Erfahrung: Erste Erfahrung in Videobearbeitung und sicherer Umgang mit der Adobe Creative Suite, insbesondere After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator; Kenntnisse im Streaming-Bereich, wie z.B. OBS vorteilhaft
  • Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Arbeitsweise: Selbstständig, organisiert, zuverlässig und kreativ; Freude an Teamarbeit und an eigenverantwortlichen Projekten
