In der Abteilung Corporate Operations verantworten wir im CADENAS HQ den Aufbau, die Steuerung und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung zentraler Unternehmensprozesse. Dazu zählen die Entwicklung und Implementierung von Unternehmenssteuerungsmechanismen, organisatorische und administrative Abläufe sowie die Sicherstellung der Compliance in einem internationalen Umfeld. Die Abteilung Corporate Operations ist hier die zentrale Anlaufstation für alle CADENAS Niederlassungen weltweit.

Your Tasks:

  • Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung unternehmensweiter Richtlinien, Prozesse und Compliance-Strukturen
  • Monitoring, Dokumentation und Unterstützung bei der Einhaltung zentraler Vorgaben
  • Erstellung von Reports, Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Präsentationen für die Geschäftsführung
  • Übernahme operativer und administrativer Aufgaben sowie Mitarbeit in Sonder- und Aufbauprojekten
  • Koordination interner und internationaler Stakeholder sowie Verhandlungen mit Lieferanten und Partnern in den Bereichen Lieferantenmanagement, Preisgestaltung, Verträge und Service Level Agreements

Your Profile:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation, wie z.B. Kauffrau / Kaufmann für Büromanagement (m/w/d), Steuerfachangestellte:r (m/w/d), BWL-Studium
  • Erste Erfahrung in Unternehmensorganisation, Prozessmanagement, Einkauf oder Compliance von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie Interesse an digitalen Tools und administrativen Systemen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe Verlässlichkeit, Diskretion, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Professionalität. Souveränes Auftreten gegenüber internen und externen Ansprechpartnern auf Managementebene
  • Verhandlungsgeschick, um bei Verhandlungen in den Bereichen Lieferantenmanagement, Preisgestaltung, Verträge und Service Level Agreements beste Ergebnisse zu erzielen
