Dabei bist Du vom Aufbau neuer Arbeitsplätze bis hin zum Endpoint Management voll im Geschehen – kommunikativ, lösungsorientiert und mit einem offenen Ohr für technische Herausforderungen.

Your Tasks:

  • Du bist erste:r Ansprechpartner:in bei Hard- und Softwarefragen für unsere Kolleg:innen in der Augsburger Zentrale & an internationalen Standorten
  • Du übernimmst First- und Second-Level-Support, richtest neue Arbeitsplätze ein und bearbeitest Tickets gemeinsam mit Deinem Team
  • Du betreust Microsoft Azure und bist Expert:in für alle Fragen rund um Office 365 – insbesondere MS Teams, Intune & Microsoft Defender
  • Du nutzt MS Power-Platform zur Prozessautomatisierung & Effizienzsteigerung
  • Du gestaltest bei der Konzeption und Standardisierung von Architekturen, Schnittstellen und Sizings mit

Your Profile:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation – auch Quereinsteiger:innen mit IT-Erfahrung sind willkommen
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in Microsoft 365, Azure sowie einem Mobile Device Management, wie z. B. MS Intune, mit
  • Kenntnisse in PowerApps & PowerAutomate sind von Vorteil
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig & gerne im Team
