Du unterstützt das Team durch die Erstellung ansprechender News, Pressemitteilungen und Newslettern. Dabei beteiligst Du Dich aktiv an der Planung von Messen & Kundentagen und unterstützt das Team bei administrativen Aufgaben durch Deine sorgfältige & zuverlässige Art.

Your Tasks:

  • Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von News, Pressemitteilungen und Newslettern
  • Du bist verantwortlich für das Veröffentlichen von News und Beiträgen auf unseren Social-Media-Kanälen (YouTube,  LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Du bist zuständig für Internetrecherchen zu aktuellen Themen
  • Du pflegst Webseiteninhalten über unser Content Management System (CMS) ein
  • Du unterstützt bei der Organisation von Messen und Kundentagen
  • Du bist mitverantwortlich für die Datenpflege und arbeitest innerhalb der Kundendatenbank (CRM)
  • Du bekommst administrative Tätigkeiten wie Einholen von Angeboten, Rechnungsprüfung etc.
  • Du übernimmst weitere Ausbildungsinhalte gemäß des Ausbildungsrahmenplans

Your Profile:

  • Background: Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Abitur oder Fachabitur und möchtest deine Ausbildung als Kaufmann/-frau für Marketingkommunikation oder Ähnliches starten
  • Praxiserfahrungen & Tools:  Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem PC und MS Office und hast eine Affinität für Social Media
  • Sprachen: Du verfügst über sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch sowie gute Kenntnisse in Englisch in Wort & Schrift
  • What Else: Organisation & das Formulieren von Texten liegen Dir und bereiten Dir Freude. Dabei arbeitest Du selbstständig, motiviert und zuverlässig. Die Arbeit im Team macht Dir Spaß und das Kommunizieren im Internationalen Raum gehört zu Deinen Interessen
