Du hast im besten Fall schon mit CAD Daten oder elektronischen bzw. digitalen Katalogen zu tun gehabt oder kannst bestenfalls erste Erfahrung als Software-Trainer vorweisen? Dann werde ab sofort Teil unseres Customer Support Teams in der CADENAS Zentrale in Augsburg. Agiere als Kundenberater (m/w/d) im Software Support jederzeit lösungsorientiert sowie stets geduldig und freundlich und unterstütze unsere Kunden beim Benutzen unserer Software. Bearbeite die Dir zugewiesenen Tickets & tracke jeden Fortschritt. Hiermit wirkst Du nebenbei an der fortlaufenden Optimierung unserer Produkte mit!
Da wir  auch regelmäßige bzw. bedarfsorientierte Schulungen & Trainings zu unserer Software anbieten werden, kannst Du nach der Einarbeitung in unserem Software- und Support-Team im Laufe der Zeit in eine perspektivische Software-Trainer Tätigkeit hineinwachsen und Dich mit uns an Deiner Seite beruflich weiterentwickeln.

Your Tasks:

  • Unterstützung unserer Kunden im First- und Second-Level-Support sowie nach und nach immer regelmäßiger auch die eigenverantwortliche Planung und Durchführung von Softwareschulungen beim Kunden vor Ort oder via MS Teams Online Meeting
  • Weiterbearbeitung von Anfragen aus dem 1st Level Support sowie Problemlösungen für Kundenanfragen und Service-Themen rund um unsere Software
  • Umfassende Einarbeitung in unsere Produkte eCATALOGsolutions und Enterprise 3Dfindit, um selbstständig Einzelplatzinstallationen und Updates erklären und durchzuführen zu können
  • Du bist gerne im Austausch mit Kunden und leitest das Kundenfeedback an die entsprechenden Kolleg:innen aus der Softwareentwicklung und dem Produktmanagement weiter, um unsere Produkte nachhaltig zu verbessern 

Your Profile:

  • Du besitzt eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT Bereich, z.B. als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Software Support oder warst alternativ bereits im 1st / 2nd Level Support tätig
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrungen im Bereich SQL, Netzwerk und Windows Administration
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Du besitzt ein hohes Maß an Serviceorientierung und analytischem sowie kundenorientiertem Denken
