September, Du kannst aber auch früher für ein berufsvorbereitendes Praktikum bei uns einsteigen. Deine Mentoren begleiten Dich ab dem ersten Tag und Du kannst mit der Zeit in komplexere IT-Themen einsteigen, während Du die passende Theorie in der Gewerblichen Berufsschule 7 erlernst. Fachlich geht es hier um den Bereich IT-Systeme, daher bringst Du Deine praktischen Erfahrungen mit Hard- und Softwarekomponenten mit ein und unterstützt beim First-Level-Support. Your Tasks:

  • Deine Mentoren unterstützen und führen Dich in die Welt des First-Level-Supports, um zum Beispiel unseren Kollegen bei deren IT-Problemen zu helfen
  • Um beim On- und Offboarding eines Mitarbeiters mitzuwirken, lernst Du wie man Hard- und Softwarekomponenten vernetzt, installiert und konfiguriert
  • Aufbauend auf diese Tätigkeiten migrierst und wartest Du Server-Systeme, um sie vor Hardwarefehlern und Sicherheitslücken zu schützen 
  • Wenn Du Dich für ein spezielles Thema im IT-Bereich begeistern kannst, fördern wir Dich gerne und bieten Dir die Möglichkeit tiefgreifende Erfahrungen in diesem Bereich zu sammeln

Your Profile:

  • Du hast bestenfalls die Hochschulreife abgeschlossen, oder einen guten Realabschluss
  • Du besitzt eine Affinität für Technik und bringst idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Computern mit
  • Du besitzt gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse 
  • Dich zeichnen Kommunikationsstärke, Hilfsbereitschaft und Ehrlichkeit aus
