Unser 6-köpfiges internationales Support Team leistet täglich hervorragenden Kundenservice per Mail und am Telefon für unsere hauseigenen Softwarelösungen. Über ein zentrales Ticketsystem werden Anfragen klassifiziert und anschließend wird gemeinsam an der Lösung der technischen Probleme und Fragen gearbeitet. Außerdem fungiert ihr als Ansprechpartner für alle technischen Fragen rund um unsere Softwareprodukte. Du erkennst Deine Leidenschaft in dieser Beschreibung? Your Tasks:

  • First- und Second-Level IT-Support für unsere Kunden hinsichtlich aller CADENAS Softwareprodukte 
  • Bearbeitung von Support-Mails, Issues im Ticketsystem und telefonischer Support
  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Softwareinstallationen und -Updates im Bereich eCATALOGsolutions und PARTsolutions
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Schulungen für Kunden und für unsere NeustarterInnen
  • Weiterleitung des Kundenfeedbacks aus den Projekten an die Softwareentwicklung und das Produktmanagement

Your Profile:

  • Technische Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, IT-Systemelektroniker oder einem ähnlichen Bereich
  • Praktische Erfahrung im IT-Bereich
  • Gutes Verständnis von Installation & Administration im Windows-Umfeld
  • Rudimentäre CAD-Kenntnisse und gutes Verständnis für komplexe Zusammenhänge
  • Sehr gute Deutsch – und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ein hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative
